Michael Cole welcomes us to Monday Night Raw and the General Manager of Raw, Kurt Angle, makes his way to the ring. Angle looks like he has business on his mind as he thanks the fans for the adulation they’ve given him. Kurt welcomes us to Monday Night Raw, but says that he has some bad news, and that is that Roman Reigns’ suspension is still in effect and will not be on Raw tonight. However, while Brock is not at the arena yet, Vince McMahon has reassured him that the Universal Champion will be in attendance tonight.

Kurt brings up the tag team championships, as Braun Strowman entered the number one contendership match last week by himself, and he won by himself.  As he starts to address it, we see Roman Reigns make his way through the crowd and into the ring. Kurt tells Roman that Roman is suspended and he is technically trespassing. Roman says that someone has to be there to represent the main event at WrestleMania, because Brock is not there and all we get is empty promises. He says he is suspended for telling the truth.

Kurt says he understands that Roman wants to get a hold of Brock Lesnar, but he will have him in three weeks. All he has to do is be patient, and he will have Brock Lesnar at the palm of his hands at WrestleMania.

Roman says he understands and he doesn’t care. He says that he is not leaving until he makes another memory in Dallas, Texas. He tells Kurt that he isn’t leaving his ring until he faces Brock Lesnar tonight. Kurt puts his hands up and leaves clearly frustrated and heads to the back. Roman Reigns grabs a steel chair and puts it in the ring, saying that he is going to sit and stay put. Unfortunately for Roman, the U.S. Marshalls come to the ring, ready to apprehend Roman. Three men surround Roman and Roman looks ready to fight. One of the Marshalls starts to read Roman his Miranda Rights while another begins to handcuff him. Roman obliges but asks one of the Marshalls not to touch him. He starts to walk out of the ring but the Marshall forceably starts to push Reigns out of the ring. Roman warns him not to touch him again, as he is handcuffed and going peaceably, but the Marshall doesn’t listen and now two Marshalls grab Roman trying to force him out of the ring. Roman snaps and starts to take out all three men, pushing them out of the way and stomping on them. Roman clears the ring when he hears the scary music of the Beast.

Roman looks worried as he is handcuffed and Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring and Roman is defenseless. He immediately grabs the Big Dog and delivers a German Suplex. He proceeds to pick up the chair that Roman had set down and annihilate Reigns with it, hitting chairshot after chairshot. He picks up Roman and hits another German Suplex before leaving the ring and heading back up the ramp. Lesnar turns around and changes his mind, and runs back into the ring, only to lay a brutal, uncomfortable beatdown on Reigns with the chair. He picks up Reigns again and delivers another German suplex onto Reigns. Lesnar leaves again, but AGAIN decides to go back to attack Roman, and hits Roman Reigns with an F5. The Beast is fired up and finally leaves, Paul Heyman behind him holding up the Universal Championship.

The paramedics make their way to the ring and uncuff Roman Reigns. They finally get Roman Reigns on a stretcher and you can see Roman’s wrists are bruised from the handcuffs. They finally get roman out of the ring and start to wheel him up the ramp, but Brock Lesnar’s music hits again! The Universal Champion runs back down the ring, and Roman Reigns has his arms strapped to the stretcher and is even more defenseless than he was before. Lesnar proceeds to push over the stretcher, leaving Roman writhing in pain.
